Check your step/mm setting for x axis and y axis, Da Vinci 1.0 strore setting on SD card which may not be so reliable. I would restore to default setting if nothing seem to be wrong or clear eprom setting and redo the flash. Unless you have changed your hotend or glass bed, you should not have to redo the leveling.

Based on the print being too wide and it run hit left wall, I would guess X axis setp/mm is too big.

I have my printer flashed with Repetier, and something occurred after almost a year of flawless usage.

I had a larger print running in the printer and it looks like the print ended up being too wide and the extruder ran into the rail on the left side of the printer. now when I try to get it to print something it will start the print as normal, then about 10 seconds in to the first layer, my printer head stops running its path starts heading left in a straight line to crash into wall.

What would cause this sort of thing? is my motor burned up?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
