Have you guys tried making figurines or action figures with 3D printing before? Do you think something like this would be good for that?
]]>They are not the only ones working on this product. I read about it a week ago or so I think, looks very cool if it's the same one I read about. It injects color into a colorless filament as required by the print, but I wonder how color fast the final product will be. And to me, this is mostly for the cosmetics of decoration type prints. I do not currently see a huge advantage of using it any other way. Thoughts....?
Is it this one? Because our printer also injects color into colorless PLA filament. I imagine that this printer would work great for people who need to make prototypes, cosplay, action figures, or anything of that sort. Decorations does seem like the more obvious way to use it.
