If it is vista or newer I'm not sure but it's probably something similar just harder to get windows 'convinced' to update the C runtimes.

Please see the application event log or use the command-line sxstrace.exe tool for more detail." I have had this before with other programs and usually just fixed it by reinstalling Microsoft Visual C++ 20XX. But I have done that and it still won't work. If someone who has a working version of the latest slic3r could maybe go to their programs list on Windows and take a screenshot of all the versions you have installed that may work. I have posted this in the software forum because it isn't actually a problem with the printer itself. Looking for any comments or suggestions.
