			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>A lot of people don&#039;t understand that the removal and replacement of the carriage parts involves a lot of delicate work. We don&#039;t do that in the shop, and we don&#039;t recommend it to customers. If a X or Y carriage breaks we just swap out the whole printer carriage. It is faster, easier, and fool proof. </p><p>Also, I am unaware of any complaints about the actual carriage parts. </p><p>Again, we make the parts available to anyone who wants them. Just not the files.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>There are user made parts for almost all of the printed items that ship on the printer...I think we need to sticky them in the Help and STL sections.</p>]]></content>

He haven&#039;t had a user break their parts during use (that we know.) Sometimes parts are broken during shipping, we replace those for free. </p><p>But no, we do not provide the STL files.</p>]]></content>
