			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>I cannot always find the flow rate data listed in the same formula as the example given under the basic extrusion post. </p><p>1.) MFI/MFR (melt flow index/melt flow rate) This is a measurement of how easily a polymer flows through an orifice. If you take the Melt Flow Rate as tested at 230°C/3.8 kgf (ASTM D1238).<br />The 230C/3.8kgf MFI of MG94 is 11.7. </p><p>Sometimes the flow rates are in different temperatures and weights.</p><p>200C x5kg (49n) 4.2g/10min<br />220C x10kg (98n) 42g/10min</p><p>How can I compare this to the first example?</p>]]></content>
