thank you i will try that as the thing still dosnt f-cking work.
frustrating part is it came out of a fully working printer, run like a champ. just upgraded to smoothie.

Follow the traces on the board from the E0 terminal screw block. Check each component (namely the MOSFET) in the path from the processor's pin to the terminal. If everything is good there, there's a chance the actual processor pin is bad (check every other possible problem first though!)

I had an mpx.3 (modified clone of MKS BASE) that lost E1 functionality when the pin for it stopped working. I swapped the MOSFETS, reflashed the firmware, changed cartridges, etc. Now the board waits to be used in my next single extruder build.

hot end still not heating up. reading temps fine screen working, trying my last heater cartage then i dont know what to do anymore.. sooooooo frustrating checked everything so many times... grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

You could just use the Marlin version listed in the WIKI it's already configured for an SD. Just select the correct board number and thermistor table 5 for the E3d. Set max temp to 29O and your good to go. But a bed temp reading of zero tells me something is wrong with that thermistor connection.

multi meter is doing double time on this project. connections have all been gone over at least 10 times and as for movement it is configured as cartesian as i have all axis working,

can some one have a look over the files.
marlin is new to me so im not to sure whats needed to cover all the bases.

Do you have a multi meter are you using it to troubleshoot ?
look at the connectors the inserts sometimes slip in and do not connect with the pins.
You sad the board came from a delta did you reload with marlin configured with the Cartesian settings?

Can the heated bed be commented out to switch it off in the program to test? Still learning marlin sorry for the dumb question

If your reading zero on your bed I'd guess your getting a reported error. The firmware will prevent proper function until the problem is corrected. The bed heater thermistor or wiring is causing the error. Focus your efforts there first.
