Thanks Ward. I printed them out of PLA to give it a test shot. I haven't calibrated this printer at all. Sure enough, a lot of the parts don't fit together, etc. I'll need to calibrate and re-print.

Use ABS for sure and I prefer 100% infill, rectilinear pattern is fine. .3 layer height with no less than 2 perimeters.

Im also doing a line pattern fill @ .4 infill. What do you suggest the final settings to be?

Will PLA work, or should I use ABS? Im doing a test run in PLA first I guess to make sure stuff matches up as it should.

Yep just slightly different in how they clamp around the hot end. Functionally pretty much identical.

Lawsy's MK4 or 5 will work with a stock hot end.

Whats the best route to repair this while keeping my stock parts any not upgrading just yet.. (pic attached).

Everything else looks ok so far. Whats the best jigsaw replacement extruder that uses the stock hot end? Haven't upgraded any of my printers yet. If it works well, I will upgrade all of them.
