I need to know what works. So far I'm not having much luck dealing with them via e-mail. I've been down for a week (after 3 days of printing) and based on my progress so far it might be another week. All because of a bad resistor. Any suggestions on how to expedite a repair would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

TiM
