And increase the vref  a bit.
adjusting pots can take a little time . and they can be unpredictable.
in my slic3r settings acceleration is set for 1000 mm/sec^2
so probably .

I was trying to clean my corners to get sharper prints and dialed in extrusion rate and noticed both y belts are loose I tightened them and now when making quick moves it binds and causes skipping.  I dialed the max acceleration back to 3000 should I go back even further?  I also got the ripples to go away but sporadically I get clicking.

Using up causes the bed to move down

So wired endstop as no. Everything moves correctly. However, when I click move to 10mm in rh it moves to 10 and when I issue G1 Z11 it moves backwards ?  X and y move to the correct location when issuing the same gcode command.

OK I have to ask in RH  are you using the arrow above or below  the circle and when you do the g1 Z11 comand does the bed move up or down.

I see what's going on now but have no clue how this happened. In rh it says 40 but on the smart lcd it shows placement of 190 that would explain why when I manually issue a gcode movement it goes the other way.

in cnc everything is relative to the tool Ie extruder 

Sounds like inverted logic in the operator controller.

If you are positive the tab and button are being engaged, grab a new one.
