Hi Everyone,

So it looks like I've got a broken wire somewhere from the board to the joining connectors for the hot end. The tip doesn't heat up at all unless I wiggle the ribbon around until eventually it comes to life, only to die and cool off the second I move the print head or ribbon. I thought I'd just check in and see if
a) anyone else has already dealt with this issue and
b) what's the best approach to fix this?

I assume the two red wires just go all the way back through the ribbon directly to the board? Am I best just to try and replace both wires and re-use the existing connector?

I'm a software guy that can solder, I just doesn't like doing it, so any advice appreciated
