			<title type="html"><![CDATA[Slic3r support material problems *pics*]]></title>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Greetings,<br />So Im having problems with support material that I never had before. I jsut modeled a phone case and when I run it through slic3r the support material doesnt, well support most of the overhang. <br />I am using the lastest version of slic3r but maybe im doing something wrong.<br />Here is the phone case Im printing</p><p><span class="postimg"><img src="http://soliforum.com/i/?Y7f3W1Q.png" alt="http://soliforum.com/i/?Y7f3W1Q.png" /></span></p><p><span class="postimg"><img src="http://soliforum.com/i/?GvBR17T.png" alt="http://soliforum.com/i/?GvBR17T.png" /></span></p><p>You can see the the top (where the phone slides in) has overhang but when I slice it it looks like this </p><p><span class="postimg"><img src="http://soliforum.com/i/?F55YeIs.png" alt="http://soliforum.com/i/?F55YeIs.png" /></span></p><p>It adds support materials to a few overhanging areas but only the fasr back of the top overhang, leaving a large amount not supported. I changed my overhang threshold from 45 to 0 and it added a small amount to the top but left the whole middle of the top part unsupported (so a pocket of unsupported overhang, im terrible at describing things)</p><p>here are my slic3r settings</p><p><span class="postimg"><img src="http://soliforum.com/i/?kKXqrin.png" alt="http://soliforum.com/i/?kKXqrin.png" /></span></p><p>I ran the print anyways hoping it wouldnt be too bad, but well its not pretty haha </p><p>any idea how I can fill all the overhanging areas with support material?</p>]]></content>
