I have very annoying thing going on with Cura 2.1.2

Z Seam goes very blobby on some prints, not all but most of.
I've tried to slice it with with different slicer and it came out all fine so nothing to do with the printer itself.

I've attached an image of calibration cube as example and one corner is extremely thick and blobby.

Have I missed some setting or so.

Any advice would be very useful.
