Alright well this is my first post I believe so don't be hard on me.

I have a Davinci XYZ 1.0A that apparently has the upgraded head to print PLA. I bought some Davinci transparent green PLA on the cartridge and the printer would start jamming and the extruder would click after 3 or 4 layers with the factory software. I upgraded to repetier 0.92 and I use slic3r to generate the gcode for me.

So here's where I found the best settings.
  .3mm print
  210 C extruder tempersture
  45 C bed temp
BLUE painters tape on the glass
Prints at 30 mm/s and 20 mm/s in the perimeters.

Here was the 3 most important things that I did...
1) I added 2 cheap heatsink from amazon. https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00A88DV … &psc=1 it was $5.49 shipped and came with thermal double stick tape. See my pictures above for the placement on the head.
2) Cooling fan on 100% the entire time and I print with the door open.
3) Finally and the MOST important that helped. Go to filament settings and change the "extrusion multiplier" to 0.82. This is the speed in which the flow of plastic comes out of the nozzle. 1 is 100% ... 0.82 is 82% etc. I found 82% works great with PLA and it doesn't cause clicking on the extruder and jamming up. I use 1 for ABS.

That's about it! I hope this helps someone out.
