You could have a faulty connector on the heater like so many 1.0 machines had.

As for the stopping check the temp, could be too low and the 1.0 cannot use PLA without mods. So if using PLA, could also be your issue.

i can push the reload and it seems to push filament again but it stops when it continues print

any ideas what i can check?
with using other brand filament where do you guys feed it thru to feed the extruder?
