You can fix your STL file online through this link: https://netfabb.azurewebsites.net/
Than you can try to cut the fixed STL.
This worked for me when I had problems trying to cut the models.

So I have a model that will be a bit hard to print as one and want to cut it and print in two parts. I always cut models in netfabb but this model isnt cutting and I get the not manifold error, even if its a soild object with no gaps.
when I load it in RH without cutting, it works ok, but when I cut it, thats when I get problems.
Can someone help instruct me a differnt way to cut it?
