			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>You should just need to change the Nozzle Diameter under Printer Settings-&gt;Extruder .</p><p>Other than that, you need to also recalibrate your Extruder Flow Rate and adjust accordingly the Filament Diameter and Flow Multiplier under the Filament settings in Slic3r.</p><p>Nothing other than that should need to be done, and no one can calibrate the flow-ratio for you as its all very printer specific...</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Hi, Hi received my nozle .5, installed it and began to check print. <br />seems no more clog. </p><p>Thanks all for that result.</p><p>now I have the following problem and I am looking for the right slic3r conf for Laywoo + .5 nozzle and best possible resolution.</p><p>my tries are not fabulous as there is a lot of oozes.<br />if one of you have an existing S2 conf for slic3r for laywoo with .5 nozzle (or skeinforge) it would be glad ;-)</p><p>thanks</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>I haven&#039;t yet managed to get that damn nozzle separated from the brass barel ... and I tried unscrewing it when the hotend is still hot and so on. I&#039;m really frustrated regarding that. Maybe I should be a bit more forceful now that I have 2 j-head hotends.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>The .35 nozzle might clog. The .5 nozzles from Makergear are only about $5 and screw on to the stock SD hot end.&nbsp; You don&#039;t need to buy another hot end unless you don&#039;t want to bother with unscrewing the nozzle.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>You don&#039;t need to buy anything.&nbsp; I just recommended printing out this extruder - <a href="http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:47561/">http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:47561/</a> to replace the acrylic because if you need to get the hot end out to replace the nozzle, it is a lot easier with the printed version.&nbsp; It still holds the Solidoodle hot end, there is no need to buy a new one.&nbsp; If you want to switch nozzles a lot, then it makes sense to buy a new hot end so you can have one hot end with a .35 nozzle and one hot end with a .5 nozzle.&nbsp; It is a lot easier to swap hot ends than to always be unscrewing the nozzles.</p>]]></content>
