**UPDATE** I think a factory reset fixed the coordinates.  Now I just need to figure out how to use Repetier.

As I said I installed an Azteeg X5 and Viki LCD on mine. I also changed to MK10 extruders instead of MK9. They work better and are less prone to slipping since they are spring loaded.

I had two Da Vinci's and flashed them with Repetier with no trouble.

So it is as simple as that?  If I go to Sailfish will it run Repetier and everything I've been using?

I swapped my motherboard out for one that uses ordinary gcode so it will work with all the common slicers and software.

Simplify3d does support your printer, it would be a flashforge creator or a makerbot creator. But that is also $150 bucks.
