<![CDATA[SoliForum - 3D Printing Community — Incorrect temperature being reported]]> 2016-03-19T21:27:25Z PunBB https://www.soliforum.com/topic/14346/incorrect-temperature-being-reported/ <![CDATA[Incorrect temperature being reported]]> I am using the HE3D Prusa XI3 and suddenly my printer is not reporting the correct Extruder temp, at room temp it says the extruder is at 210 deg C.

I have measured the thermister and resistance is 95k Ohms.

There was an incident at the time this started with the extruder, when I thought I saw a spark, which damaged the previous sensor.

I have tried moving the temp sensor to another port, it fixes the error, but the extruder motor stops working.

I suspect something is wrong with the Arduino board, as I have already replaced the Ramps board which did not solve the problem.
