Rang out the wiring harness and stepper motor. Contacted xyz printing and was assigned a ticket. Now it's waiting to see what they do.

Used tinker ad to group it to a coffee coaster. Downloaded the file to my printer. Printing was going fine when all of a sudden the stepper motors for the X an y started making unusual noises did a offset and continued printing but in a different position. Everything I print in now screwed up. Does anybody know what the cause is?
