Thank you for the info. about policies on Smoothie. We are a small group of engineers that manufacture and design in house. Our products were mainly going to be Aviation related and have a few aviation products that we are working on also. we want to expand into other things that are non-aviation related also. We have the capability to solder reflow in house. Our Website is about 90% complete and should be coming around soon.

Excellent! One largely untapped market you might want to consider is for folks upgrading k40 laser cutters to use open source hardware/software. Smoothieboards are already a popular choice, but currently people have wire adapter boards (http://3dprintzothar.blogspot.com/2014/ … -with.html) to tap signals from a 12-pin FFC that goes to the laser head. A smoothieboard that is a plug-in replacement for a Moshiboard (http://www.moshidraw.com/English/Produc … 54524.html) would be a no-brainer for a growing community, and might even attract manufacturers wishing to create open source k40 units.

Hi guys, I am throwing this message out there to see if there would be interest in a new Smoothieboard manufacturer. Briefly, a SmoothieBoard can control a 3D printer, CNC Router / Mill, Laser engraver and more. We are based in the U.S. and will be sold from the U.S. We are a small company with simple add to cart and buy with credit card Paypal, etc.....
