That means you had a short some were. prolly on the heated bed wires.
It also looks like you didn't fix the issue so when it shorted out again and you bridged the circuit effectively removing the fuse it fried something else

I would recommend using new wiring when you use your ramps.

marlin should work fine for it but I think carl had one for a 1.0 that you could mod to make work with a duo without much difficulty

you could also look at the settings in repetier for what you need to set it to

well I fixed it by bridging one of the commonly failing fuses, but it shortly bricked itself. Before it was only unresponsive as far as the LED and Heaters, now it was totally unresponsive, does not even show up as a device in my computer. I have a Ramps 1.4 I'm going to try and install in it's place, does anyone know if there are preconfigured settings for any Ramps Firmware for a Duo? Marlin seems common but I don't see any configurations posted anywhere for a duo.

I can control the heated bed and jog controls from host, it's just the LCD and heaters seem to have died. If it was just the LCD I would probably just ignore it, but hopefully the issue is a single problem effecting both things. I've been doing research and I think the R47 resistor is blown, I will take a closer look later tonight. The only things I think I left out is that it is a 2.0A Duo and I"m using two E3D extruders. The thermistors are working properly and I can see temperature changes from my computer, and I'm pretty sure both heaters are still functional (not sure what they should read during testing).

I re-flashed just to be safe and it's the same problem.

You should have 3 lights lite on the board 12v 5v & 3v I think the 3v goes to the LCD not 100% sure

I've done a few good prints after flashing repetier, but it appears that now my LCD and heaters are no longer functional. I replaced the original connections and tested with a multi-meter so I know it is not a hardware problem. I even tested the output from the board and it does not seem to be providing any power. Does anyone know what could be causing this issue and how to fix it?
