ok so here is a check list for then.

first is the hot end heating up?
if its not heating up the stepper motors will not advance the filament. so if its not heating up check the heating carts connections and possibly the 0 Ohm resisters that are used as fuses

if the hot end is heating up then next thing to check would be the wiring.
Since they move around during printing eventually you will get a break in the wires.

next check the mechanical you may need to heat up the hot end and manually remove the filament to do this. once you are sure that the inspected parts are not to worn and are working correctly obviously replacing anything that needs replacing and lubing anything that needs to be lubed. if its still not working then its time to move on to the electrical

you will then need to inspect the wires for a break. a continuity meter is good to use for this. If the wires are ok then it could be a blown stepper driver.

However I find it odd that you would have two blown drivers happen at the same time.

it will most likely be to mechanical parts or the wiring

The printer stopped printing. Cleaned nozzle and tried new filament.
Discovered the extruder is not the problem, the roller gears will not turn to insert the filament into the extruder no matter what I did. I've opened a ticket with XYZprinting; they ask for video/photos. I send them a youtube link and they claim they "can't open it." So frustrating, the printer is just a paper weight now. Anyone else experience this problem?
