Read the sticky at the top of the XYZ section. There is a link near the end that explains what to do to fix the problem.

I might have similar issue .
except I think I shorted board on top of the extruder

So I removed it and soaked it in some acetone.

Fitted it back together and the little screen at the front has stopped working.

Is there a wire I could have accidently pulled?
