My da vinci 1.0a with "3f serial and original firmware" had been printing really well up to this point... I've been using Simplify3d to directly, send gcode to the printer over usb without any problems. I never installed xyzware only adruino an rambo drivers.

Right now the printer connects fine to simplify3d, I can send gcode to the printer. It initializes and after the gcode is sent. The bed and the extruder, heat up to temperature. The extruder carriage moves and cleans the nozzle. Then proceeds to the front of the printer.

Where it either "stops" and/or then moves over the front corner of the print bed. Print bed raises then lowers. The carriage sits there for about a minute then returns to home and cleans nozzle. Some times it will go to the center of the bed or where it would start to print the skirt/brim. Sits there but it wont print. One time it froze and I had to turn it off.

The temperature readings in simplify3d, machine control panel corresponded to the LCD panel, when heating to temperature. But the next dialog on the LCD gives "time pass 8m" and estimated 1m" one time it gave estimated 99.99m then froze. All other attempts give estimated 1m.

I don't know whats up. I can jog the machine from the LCD in all directions without any problem. I can also still print the sample models from the LCD, without any problems.

I noticed the first time, after this started, happening. It tried to print the previous model, where the brim/skirt would have started. It was also a rather large/detailed print, about 30hrs. It took a long time to send to the printer. But, I decide to change a few settings so I canceled it "from the LCD". That's when the problem started.

Has anyone ever encountered this issue?
Could it possibly be a corrupted file on the SD card?
Is there anyway to reset it?

Does anyone have the original SD card files for a Da Vinci 1.0.1 serial 3F10/w original firmware. So that I may compare, them.

Any help would be really appreciated for me and anyone else who encounters this issue
Thanks.

"Couple of my prints using simplify3d"
