Hi guys,

Hopefully somebody will be able to help, as I have something important that I need to print.

I have the Da Vinci 1.0 printer running Firmware 1.0.1. It has been working great for me for the past 8 months. Last night I attempted to print a very large object. XYZ Ware was able to slice it without an issue, however when transmitting the gcode to the printer it got stuck on "Receiving Job" for quite awhile. I decided to turn off the printer and turn it back on. Once it was back on it seemed to be functioning normally, but once I tried to print a file (this time a small STL that I know works just fine) it began transmitting and it immediately gave the "0040" Error (HOWEVER the sample files on the printer printed without the error). I read that this usually means that the SD card just needs to be reseated, so I opened the back of the printer. I noticed that my printer has a slightly different circuit board than pictures other other ones that I have seen. Instead of having a standard SD Card it has a micro-sd card in the center of the board.

I called the support line and they told me to remove the sd card and see if it's corrupt. So I removed it and checked it on my computer and my computer was having trouble recognizing it. I assumed it was corrupt so I just went to the store to buy a new micro-SD card. But even with this new micro-SD card the error message comes up.

I have also tried printing from several different computers and each time the same error happens.

I'd appreciate any help
