Not really any info on my issue but there where a couple of config files I could try to see if there is a difference and compare mine to..

Smoothie is great in speed and finer arcs but the configuration is a pain..

I have an FT Mini Kossel. Was running fine with the RAMPS it came with to an extent. That board actually blew up while I finishing the calibration. I was able to print a 20mm cal cube fairly accurately at the time.

So I had an Azteeg X5 mini for a previous given up on and sold printer project. So I decided to use it. It runs on Smoothieware and I have for the most part got it working. My 20mm cal cube is 20 on the X and Y but my Z is on at 10 and the layers are compressed to .15 instead of .3. They are actually squished, not just printed thinner.

So anybody got any ideas or know what settings in the firmware dictate Z layer height? Remember this is a Delta so there is no Z axis steps per mm setting or anything like that.
