The cooler zone around the outside will cause your print to warp and pop off anyway.  The heat needs to be as uniform as possible.

I know this is the Da vinci group but I couldn't find a category for my question, hope you can help me.

I'm trying to build 25x2cm heatbed for my own 3d printer design, however there is no 25x25 heatbed avaliable for a decent price in aliexpress or other similar sites.

Is there a way to build 25x25 heatbed by usişng standart 214x214mm heatbeds? may be by sticking 20x20 heatbed to25x25 aluminium plate may be?
