I got one of the Atlas 3D kits many many months ago via Kickstarter. I got derailed after printing all the pieces and am finally getting a chance to put it together. I printed the case to fit a Raspi B+. I'm running into an issue with the ribbon cable fitment and was wondering what the best solution is.

I'm trying to use a Raspi2, which has a 40 pin GPIO header (I think the Raspi B+ has the same header). The Atlas controller board only has a 'standard' 26 pin ribbon cable (grey with red 'pin1 indicator'). As far as I know, the first 26 pins have the same signals regardless of board, but the size of the ribbon cable header interferes with the additional pins on the Pi's header, so I can't actually seat it.

What's changed in newer kits to support the B+/2? Is the Atlas board connector now 40pin? I'm not sure a 40 pin cable would fit through the opening without folding. The assembly video seems to show a small cable with a Raspi B+ or 2.
