Sometimes I can get it to be a little quieter if I gently help push the filament through. I don't know if the knocking or the assisting the filament is hurting anything.

Seems to do it more so when printing around the front right corner of the build plate. In the beginning of the print since it prints the purge lines in that corner I always get the banging when the print starts.

I am also getting warping on prints.

I have done the calibration and cleaned the extruder ect
