Ok i solved it.
I put a foam between the board and the case long time ago. Small aluminum rings were touching the board anyway. But recently i carried the printer around too much and probably those aluminum rings moved and started not to touch the case. So without any grounding, the board used my touch to finish the current (probably my sentence it grammatically wrong but sorry for my english ). I removed the foam and the problem is solved.

If when touching the frame with your hand causes it to disconnect. This would indicate one of two things, grounding issue or static discharge. Look for a loose wire strand that is in contact with the frame near the board. You might try isolating the board from the frame. The aluminum stand offs used to space the board from the frame are also what connects the board ground plane to the frame. The board doesn't care if it is grounded to the frame, just that it has a ground. By isolating it from the frame you will be able to tell if grounding is the cause. It will either work fine or it won't power up at all.

hi everyone,
I have my solidoodle 3 for over a year now.
i had everything fine until recently.
for over a week, i have been trying to find the root of this problem.
I checked other posts about connection problems but couldnt find anything related to my problem.
The closest one is this: "everytime i start to heat the extruder or the bed, my device disconnects from my computer."
and the solution to that one was changing the powersupply.

My problem is different. I connect my device, everything is fine. led light is on, no flickering. but when i touch my device or try to move the extruder, it disconnects and reconnects. you can hear the usb disconnect and connection sound.
when i touch any part of the outside metal, it disconnects and when i release my hand it connects againg. just touching it is enough to disconnect.

anybody had this problem before?
i havent changed anything for a while and it started to happen suddenly.
thanks in advance
