My multimeter shows that I'm receiving 12.3-12.4 volts from the power source. But I borrowed a 12V/2A power supply from a friend and it worked.

I just set up my Filawinder and tried to run it for the first time. In Auto model, I flipped the power on and the servo started ticking towards the left. The 4 LEDs on the Arduino Nano were also flashing red every time the servo moved. I checked all the buttons and potentiometer and everything is working. All the wires are in the correct place on the control board. Could this be due to a bad Arduino? What else could be causing this?
