There are two locations that have temps set. One is the default printer settings used for manual control and preheating in Repetier. Then the other is in your slicer. If they don't match then there will be issues. The slicer settings always override the default settings once PRINT is clicked. So if they are higher or lower than default then the printer will wait till they are reached. In your case if they are dropping to near room temp then your slicer is setting them to zero or very low.

Another issue is the same old issue these Da Vinci series printers have always had and that is a bad connection on the heater wiring connector at the top of the head. It looks fine when it is at home or not moving. Temps will be stable. but once the print head moves and stresses the connection the heater looses power and the temps drop. The fix is to replace the connector with something more reliable. Of course see as this is a PRO and they must know about that issue by now I would assume it has been fixed so it should not be your issue.

Hey yall,
So after flashing my 3d printer with repetier host ive came across numerous problems with my computer sending the printer information. To give you an example; when i try to manually heat my bed via repetier host nothing happens. When I manually turn on the bed and extruder using the maintenance tab on the daVincis lcd module. The bed and extruder heat up but repetier doesnt recognize that the bed and all are heating up. Also when I try to print I send it and nothing happens. Im not exactly sure whats going on. But i really do need some help! IF you need more information tell me, I have plenty of problems lol.
