			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Another S3D question......</p><p>I have never (not even once) received a reply from them when I&#039;ve filled out a tech support form.</p><p>Is this &quot;normal&quot; for them?</p><p>I&#039;m scratching my head wondering how they could get by with not answering tech support requests?</p><p>They are a family outfit I hear....maybe they&#039;ve had a family emergency?</p>]]></content>
