			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>That&#039;s Celsius.&nbsp; Without PTFE you don&#039;t have the 240c limit.&nbsp; A thermistor is good to around 300 which you might need for printing PC.&nbsp; With a thermocouple you can go higher than 300 but there isn&#039;t really a reason to.&nbsp; &nbsp;There are usually firmware limits in place to keep you from overheating by setting the wrong temperature.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Poppinfresh, Carl-m1968 meant 300F. If you set your temp at 190C that is 374F. Maybe you overheated it.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Well, that&#039;s the thing......</p><p>I definitely set the print head at 190C and the print bed at 60C</p><p>I looked in the Gcode file and that was what was in there.</p><p>So I doubt it had anything to do with the software.</p>]]></content>

Even then those print heads use thermocouples and no PTFE/PEEK inserts so they should be good even over that but there are only a few things you might print at over 300 and most of them the average printer would never use.. </p><p>I have a CT&#039;c dual which is a copy of a Flashforge creator which is a copy of a Makerbot Dual so I have pretty much the same machine...</p>]]></content>
