			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Yes that has been discussed before and is one complaints about those machines. They do require both filament slots to be occupied rather they are in use or not.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Hi, I&#039;ve got mine working now firstly I updated all my fimware to the latest and also software. I also found that it won&#039;t work if you only have one cartridge installed. When I put too in and loaded them it seemed to work. Hope this helps</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>If you try to print one of the sample prints from the menu does it do the same? </p><p>Have you tried a different file?</p><p>could just be a bad file. Much of the stuff from Thingiverse is not actually printable as the people designing them have no clue what is necessary for printing. Unless your model has prints posted already it ids most likely not printable.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Hi, I am having this exact problem on my brand new Duo and XYZ support is denying that it&#039;s preventing me from printing. they said that all messages are just a suggestion but this isn&#039;t a suggestion and I cannot print at all. I am super frustrated and hoping you found the solution to the problem! please let me know what you&#039;ve done since and if you&#039;ve gotten it to work! I&#039;m desperate and considering returning the printer which isn&#039;t even 2 weeks old!</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>i recently bought a Davinci duo. i&#039;ve done the test print and today i came to do my first print from thingiverse. i sliced the model but when it got sent to the printer it came up you recently installed a new cartridge you need to calibrate the printer. i did this then went to print again and it said it again. the printer is full calibrated but no matter what it dosnt let me. has anyone else had this problem if so how do i fix it?</p>]]></content>
