			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>as already mentioned, any movement in the print head, or hotend itself can be the cause of your issue. <br />Make sure the X carriage is snug on the smooth rods (the teflon block on the back rod was loose on our sd4 when we got it) and if you haven&#039;t replaced the Y idler blocks, I would do those sooner rather than later as well. one of ours had a crack that was causing a similar issue with odd shifting in the Y axis...</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>The MK6 Filastruder sells is a great design, but it is intended as a temporary fix until someone figured out a more permanent solution. I had the same &quot;open-faced&quot; mount for about 6 months without issues. If you have too much wiggle, use some tape around the groove on the E3D to get yourself stable long enough to print the extruder I linked.</p><p>Filament guide and tension arm will be the same.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Check your Y drive pulley. Make sure the grub screw is tight. You have some sort of play or motion in your Y axis which is the front to back axis.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>.3 layer height, if i manually move Z it seems to move very smoothly, it is almost like the bed is shifting or the nozzle is shiting on the Y plane(back to front)&nbsp; hope the new pictures shed more light on this.&nbsp; i thought it may have been z wobble, but the 2 sides seem unaffected.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>i dont think it is over extrusion, walls are at .41&nbsp; 100mm is 100 mm, set to the .4 nozzle&nbsp; the cube looks almost perfect, while the printer part looks like a ton of shifting layers.&nbsp; glass is not moving.&nbsp; im just wondering why the cube layers look to be pretty good and the printer part is all over, </p><p>i pid tuned the bed and the e3d.&nbsp; seems like the Y axis shifts a bit, x seems to be okay, i did add the bed stabilizer, the bed i can move the bed slightly because of the leveling, should those screws be almost all the way tight?&nbsp; bed is sitting almost about 10mm above the arm.</p><p>if it was over extrusion wouldnt it over extrude on all sides?</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Looks like some serious over extrusion. Have you calibrated your e-steps on your extruder? Then calibrated your flow rate in your slicer?</p><p>Could also be movement of the glass or other mechanical parts in that axis.</p>]]></content>

Both from the same enclosed machine.&nbsp; &nbsp;The cube is hollow. The printer part is 70% infill.&nbsp; No differences in slicer.&nbsp; The bottoms both have a large shift.&nbsp; Cube has a second larger shift at the top.</p>]]></content>
