That was my reason for switching to a RAMPS 1.4 controller.

My printer has been run quite a bit, I'm not sure of actual hours printing but would estimate it to be around 1200 hrs I have been over just about every part of this machine and tried just about every fix you can think of. I have seen others having issues caused by either faulty connections of wire breakages so that will be my next thing to check but I was just wondering, has anyone experienced a stepper motor failure or a driver failure ?
