temp was set at 230

There is a lot of banding in it that should not be there. Also what temp was this printed at and what speed? It looks to me your temp was too low and the speed was fast in some areas. The hole looks like a place that was too hot too long and did not get enough filament due to poor flow caused by the hotend not being hot enough.
