I had a similar issue, found the set screws on the Y motor were very loose. I tightened them, and fixed the issue where the perimeter does not quite meet infill. Also check in Slic3r, under advanced, infill/perimeters overlap. I changed the default from 15% to 15.5%, and this also helps. I am not using Soliprint, however, using Repetier.

I had something like that once where the root cause was the bed was a bit loose from the carriage, making layer height irregular, so some layers wouldn't bond. Snugging up the screws at the back of the bottom of the bed made that go away. (Not too tight though, or the carriage may bind on the rods, according to SD support.)

Leave the bed but raise the extruder to 235 and maybe even 240. It would also be a good idea to get a thermometer that can read high yemps like a cooking thermometer to confirm the reported temp is accurate. I have seen variations by as much as 30 degrees on some printers.

I'm consistently seeing an issue where, on circular prints, the filament will stick to the extruder nozzle rather than the previous layer. At first it looked like it was skipping steps, but after watching it the filament comes out during the circle (usually at the beginning of a new border) and while the extruder follows the curve, the filament doesn't and ends up as a straight line from the start to the point where it does finally stick to the next layer (see attached picture).

Naturally my first thought was z-offset calibration, but I've done that multiple times (latest SoliPrint on Mac) and the lines look good (though happy to post a shot of the calibration lines if anyone would like to see that).

A few other notes that might help:

* I printed a cube last night after these issues and it didn't seem to have these issues for squared off objects. New layers stuck just fine.

* I printed a larger circular item the other day and half the print was beautiful and then the extruder gear jammed so I cleared that jam and tried again and this is when the problem started. Today I finally realized that maybe I should clean the extruder gear, so I did that but the print was no better.

Thanks in advance!
