I believe your stepper motor is hooked up to run the opposite direction. Check the colors on your stepper connection against the assembly video.
I was going to ask whether it might be a good idea to be able to reverse the motor direction in software config because it's an easy mistake to make....and also a cool effect.

You can fix this by swapping the wires, or you can swap the pins in the SETTINGS -> Setup page of the software.

So when you're looking at the image on the outside, its a mirror image. If you spin it around and look at the inside of the bottle it is correct.
