The very first time mine did that I started er'flashin. Easy if you follow the guides. Just remember to recalibrate the bed BEFORE you try and print something smile

That's a common problem and one reason everyone is flashing their Da Vinci printer with Repetier so they can use other filaments. There is no fix other than cleaning the contacts real good and making sure it is seated firmly.

Tried to do a new print on a brand new cart and it says not recognised? Tried another new cart same thing. Put the old one that has 96m left says ok but not enough for the print !! any Ideas what's going wrong ?
