You should turn off the printer and move the extruder around to find the noise. It could be a bunch of things. It is probably a plastic part that needs replacement.

I got a very weird problem regarding the X axis of my Davinci, when Im printing something near to the door of the printer, the x axis suddenly gets stuck. And I get a horrible print.
Nevertheless when Im printing close to the back of the printer is perfect.
Is funny that when I try to move the nozzle when is off, there is no problem at all. On the other hand, while On, if I move the nozzle to a particular position (close to the door) I can hear a crack or a kind of bump.
Pretty weird, any comments on that braws.
