luckily the problem was my spool of filament wasn't feeding to the printer smoothly which was causing the problem.

I swear I think they know they got a bad batch and they are just including it with all new units to get rid of it.

You honestly have more than gaps going on.

Looks like over extrusion and maybe low temp as well. The gaps are caused by the uneven layers not lining up. Start with basics and make sure you do a full calibration of all parts. also use the manual bed calibration listed here as a sticky as the built in method is flawed.

any help is appreciated.
