What infill are you running? To me it looks like you have two walls with 1-2 thicknesses, with little or no infill in-between then a solid top layer that is not completely supported. Even though the model may look like solid walls, it appears they are printing with an inside and an outside. Maybe try a higher infill. As previously stated, make sure your first layer has a little smush to it, so that it is slight wider than your extruder but not so flat that you can see through the ribbon to the bed.

A couple theories:
1) Go to printer settings and click on the "Extruder" tab. Under extruder 1 section, what does it read? I have had some issues based off of RH and Slic3r settings conflicting.
2) Bad filament can be a culprit. The vertical ridges seem like it is one of your problems. It is obvious that if it is, then it may be masking another issue or two.
3) Have you leveled your bed and Z tab lately? The E3D products change your height and may take a few prints to perfect without proper instruments for measurement (dial indicator). With an uneven first layer, some spots may extrude perfectly and other give gaps....like in your pics.
SD beds are thin aluminum and warp over time, so you may also be hitting dips. You want your first layer to look like a ribbon instead of a thread. Once it begins printing, while watching the first layer, it will be quite clear if your bed is level/warped.
If warping of the bed is the issue, consider spending $8 for a section of glass or mirror and use AquaNet. These are superior to printing on kapton
From the looks of your most recent print, leveling is a suspect.
