Either you have a clog, your temp is too low, or you are too close to your bed. As for the wheel the moving up that is just a by product of the first problem. Finding the reason for the initial clicks should be your first course of action.

Hello,
I have had my press for about a half year. i am trying to make some things for work and such but I can't. I can't because the little wheel that pushes the filament into the actual small extruder will start to make a loud and rapid clicking sound. tic-tic-tic-tic-tic! After about 10 seconds of ticking the wheel will move itself up and stop filament movement. I would Appreciate it if someone could tell me what I could do to stop the wheel from moving and or just have a solution. Thanks.
