I told him then the click was being caused by a filament jam and he needed to isolate the cause of the jam. I also listed the causes of a typical jam at that time. This will cause the jam. Also check the answer to your other post.

I have had my press for about a half year.  i am trying to make some things for work and such but I can't.  I can't because the little wheel that pushes the filament into the actual small extruder will start to make a loud and rapid clicking sound.  tic-tic-tic-tic-tic!  After about 10 seconds of ticking the wheel will move itself up and stop filament movement.  I would Appreciate it if someone could tell me what I could do to stop the wheel from moving and or just have a solution.  Thanks.
