			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Well you can if you use two resisters one in series the other in parallel to create the correct&nbsp; voltage drop.</p><p>However Carl&#039;s solution to buy one that is the right voltage is simpler and will most likely use less power any way.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>The LED strip in a Da Vinci runs on 5 volts. So no you can&#039;t use them. The Da Vinci is kind of unique in that it actually uses three different voltages in it&#039;s system. It uses 12v, 5v, and 3.3v. But the LED strip is 5 volts. Just check ebay, you can buy 12 volt strips for dirt cheap and cut them to any length you need.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>I have a 1.0 on stock but I just picked up a 12V line and then split the wire and soldered back together. also put a set of 3 rocker switches in so I can control them and other stuff</p>]]></content>
