hey, i couldn't be much newer to this, but this forum seems to have a bunch of people who know what they're talking about! any help much appreciated.

so i got a da vinci jr through today, and setup seems simple enough, apart from when i go to load the filament - it winds fine and goes through the tube, but something's going wrong because it comes out the other end as solid material and ends up popping the tube out above the nozzle. not even really sure how to reload at this point.

any ideas? thanks a lot in advance!
