You cant really hurt the machine as long as you keep all speeds below 60mm/s. The rest is up to you to tune the speeds to get the results you dedire. At some point however you will have to balance speed with quality because you cannot have both on a 3d printer. Quality is always slower.

infill for its printed very quickly what is normal or no problem?

That MM/m stuff is just to confusing. Now for retract speed it is usually around 40mm/s which if you do the unneeded math since S3D insist on mm/m you would find that 40 * 60 = 2400 so it should be 2400 there about.
