Thanks</p></blockquote></div><p>To my knowledge there is no one but the users first and then as a last resort the manufacturer. 3D printers are a hobbiest thing like RC cars and planes. You typically do all your own repairs and mods to them. </p><p>Most of us here are very experienced with modding and building these printers so feel free to ask for help. </p><p>The issue with XyZ is parts.&nbsp; They never planned for people to be willing to do their own repairs. They expected everyone to pay for shipping and send it back to them. As such they have very little in the way of parts you can order.</p>]]></content>
